ALLEGAN COUNTY, MI - A woman says she was raped and beaten at the home of a man she met on an online dating service.

The victim says she escaped and flagged down a motorist to call police, who have since arrested Robert Taylor Bluhm, 43, and Duane Michael Thompson, 29, on sex and assault offenses.

When they arrived, she was told to flash her breasts for the other man, and she complied, an investigator said.

She told police that Thompson then hit her with a 2-by-4 board and slapped her several times. Bluhm was now responsible for the woman, she told police.

The alleged victim told police she met Thompson on an online dating site. 28, she went to his house in the 3000 block of 32nd Street in Allegan County's Salem Township, according to a recording of a probable-cause hearing obtained by The Grand Rapids Press and MLive.
